- There is a strict no smoking policy within all rooms and public areas of the house
- All rates include a cooked breakfast
- All rates include a daily serviced room
- Check in is between 4pm and Check out is 10:00am
- Separate cancellation policies may apply to major events being held in St. Andrews, for example: Major Golf Tournaments and Graduation week
- We do NOT allow pets
- The rates include all bed linen, towels, electricity
- Payments to be made in full at time of booking
- In the event of cancellation, notice of cancellation must be sent by recorded delivery letter. Holiday insurance should be taken with a suitable provider.
- Once a booking has been made the following charges apply to cancellation
From the time of booking and up to 3 months prior to start of the booking – lose 25% of deposit
within 3 – 2 months prior to start of booking – lose 50% of deposit
within 2 – 1 months prior to start of booking – lose 100% of deposit
- Failure to cancel/and or No Shows will result in a charge of the full amount of the original booking
- Liability -We cannot accept any liability for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience caused by or arising out of using our accommodation. Furthermore, no responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings, car and its contents of any member of the party during the holiday.
